C17510 is a special beryllium copper alloy, also known as copper-cobalt-beryllium alloy. The composition of the alloy includes copper (Cu), cobalt (Co) and beryllium (Be) and other elements, in which the content of Be is 1.8%-2.0%, the content of Cu is a surplus, and the content of Co is 0.3%-2.5%. C17510 has excellent mechanical properties, electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance, so it is widely used in aerospace, electronics, automotive and other industries.
C17510 copper cobalt beryllium alloy has a hardness range of 160-240 HB (Brinell hardness), a density of 8.83 g/cm³, and a yield strength range of 350-1050 MPa. The price of the C17510 depends on a number of factors, such as suppliers, specifications and quantities purchased.
C17510 has good machining performance and thermal conductivity. Its hardness is high, so it can provide high wear and corrosion resistance. The speed of cutting is slow, but the quality of the machined surface is excellent, and good processing results can be obtained. With a thermal conductivity of 172 W/(m·K), C17510 is an excellent thermal conductivity material.
Copper (Cu) : surplus, greater than or equal to 97.5% Cobalt (Co) : 1.2% – 2.20% Nickel (Ni) : 0.30%-1.20% Indium (In) : 0.5%-1.60% Silicon (Si) : 0.10%-0.50% Alloy C17510 has excellent mechanical properties, electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. It has good elastic modulus, heat conductivity and specific heat capacity, and also has good cutting performance. It is widely used in high-precision machining, electronics, aerospace and automotive industries. |
